To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. You agree that it is at the sole and absolute discretion of Callum Pickleball to determine if the product has been used.
