Shipping & Refunds
1. Shipping Policy:
At Callum, we strive to make sure that our customers receive their order as fast as possible. We currently offer shipping to customers located within Canada & The United States.
1.1. Flat Rate Shipping: There is a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for any purchase of a single Pickleball paddle.
1.2. Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for all orders over $150.
1.3. Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, which typically takes up to 1-2 days it will be shipped out. Expect your delivery to arrive within 5-7 days from the time your order was placed. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can stay updated on your order.
2. Refund Policy:
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, the following refund policy applies:
2.1. Eligibility for a Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the pickleball paddle is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and remains unused.
2.2. Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund or may disqualify the item for a refund altogether.
2.3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions for shipping the paddle back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
